Coaching You.
For Distinctive Leadership.
Leading with your strong suit
And your Individual uniqueness
You carry a unique codification in your personality that manifests itself in the outside world. Some individuals in leadership positions show aggressive and controlling behaviour, while their counterparts may be more facilitative or democratic in their approach to leading their teams. Some might have a need for external or organisational structure; others might feel constrained in that.
Different situations and activities call for different types of behaviour. Usually, your personality shows up in a particular and distinctive manner. There’s also fall-back behaviour; that which you deliver under stress and duress. An apparently cool and chilled boss could well turn bad-tempered and abusive under difficult conditions. Sounds pretty much the world today, also what you hear about toxic leadership.
There are no rights or wrongs in the world, save for the likes of enterprise values, a country’s legal and justice system, and others. The question is; do you enjoy being tossed about while playing a role in which your hot buttons are perpetually pressed, or would like to master self-expression?
Bringing the core “you” to the centre, where you thrive in an external world is about leading with distinction. Psychometric assessment can be an important pre-requisite in this process of “liberation” from perceptions imposed over your core self. Truths, however strange, are better, and certainly more viable.
